I did before make 200mg however I prefer the 500mg and it’s really working a lot faster. Like i said in the 200mg review, I learned about this system via a health and fitness blog run by my personal trainer. We have issues with emotional eating and then she said hello would help stabilize my mood so I didn’t over indulge. Well she was right I will be impressed at just how far better I am.
